AI Transformation
Most AI projects fail before the technology is ever the problem. They fail because the organization didn't understand what it was trying to solve, or couldn't distinguish between what AI can actually do and what it's being sold as doing.
I work with leadership teams before decisions get made: clarifying the problem, pressure-testing vendor claims, understanding what the business actually needs versus what looks impressive in a demo. That diagnostic work is usually where the most value is.
For teams already mid-implementation, I help identify where things have gone wrong and what it would take to recover — or whether recovery is the right call at all.
The advisory and the implementation aren't separate engagements. I work across both: figuring out what to build and building it.
Legacy Creative Work
I work with analog creative businesses making changes they can't undo: digitizing archives, restructuring how they operate, building a digital presence from scratch. The work is structural, not cosmetic.
